I am looking for some information. I have a 8′x12′x20′ instant shelter about 12 or so years old. I have recently noticed that the top exterior has weathered to the point that pinhole-sized openings have penetrated through to the interior, letting in rain. Is there a recommended exterior treatment I can apply to re-seal the fabric? Thank you for your assistance.

Only resolve to your problem on your portable garage would be to replace the cover(due to age & wear).
